Very Good question Michael. I was thinking of bringing some 128 or 389s from the seventys I think with the volume of wine, decanting may present a problem for the resturant. Also I spose its not really Barrossa fruit. So hows a 97 R.W.T and a magnum of 97 Basket Press. Im still looking for a white. ...

I had intended on bringing a port?
I think a white and a old block, or some pennies with a bit of bottle age any preferences.?

No probs with the glasses. By the time the port is ready I am usually tired.
Is it ok if I bring a fellow wine friend?

I can bring a 87 Bollinger and a magnum of georgia's paddock or a couple of old 389s (same vintage).

I can bring a bottle of bubbles and a shiraz and or a V.P if we want.

Not as silly as it seems, I did a building job for a retired hardys rep and he pulled out literally dozens of V.Ps from the forties and fiftys most had very low shoulder levels, after a few samples we blended the bottles and surprise, a bloody good drop.
