CK I have to apologise, however I'm going to have to pull out of the dinner. I'm using up my babysitter (my mum) for a work dinner the Friday before, and the ACDC concert the night after the dinner. Hopefully I get to make the next one!

If you are still bringing this, I will bring a 1990 to go alongside it.

Hi Matt, still ready to go, so trying the pair will be interesting. Had my last 1990 a month or so ago and it was beautiful.

Hey guys

Made it on to Table Sav, sweet!

I am waxing and waning between a few things, but will probably bring a 1995 Chateau Lynch Bages, and a white (if this is ok with people), maybe a 2008 Lake's Folly Chardy, or an oldish riesling

1985 Wynns JR
Pontet Canet 2003
1995 Chateau Lynch Bages

Table Sav is looking shweet guys so far!

A point to note for those not there at the Hunter event last time... it worked out very well (given the large numbers of wine bottles) that each table took a fair pour of their own tables wine, but not so much thus ensuring there was enough left of the bottle that it got passed to the other table, and was enough for a small taster pour for most at the second table. All 16 of us ended up having at least a small taste of 95% of the wines present on the night, which made the night even more special. long may that spirit continue!

Cheers
Tim

The Cab table is seemingly very long Coonawarra. I will see about bringing a '98 Coleraine for a point of difference as well as the 2005 Petaluma.

Table Sav, I've got a few options, let me know what you think. Perhaps leaning towards the Katnook right now given we've already got a JR present....

1999 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon John Riddoch
2002 Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Odyssey
2005 Balnaves of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon The Tally Reserve
