I'd recommend leaving the 2013 Tahbilk sparkling red to 2023 to 2025. It's way too young still.

Not sure why Pennies don't make a single region wine from Coonawarra on a par with 128...(that said 128 is the worst wine in the portfolio, perhaps something happens to the grapes in the truck on their way up to Adelaide). Had the 08 Cabernet in 2016. My only recollection was it was too young.

Like others, it's more based on sentimentality. 2004 Chateau D'Yquem - the year I met my wife. 2006 St Henri (Magnum) and 2006 Henschke Mt Edelstone - the year we married. We have many wines from those years but those are the ones that will be the last to be drunk and that I look forward to the most.
