I've never had any drama with wax. I just cut around the top like a would a metal or plastic capsule, put the corkscrew in and the whole lot comes out nicely.

I was blessed that I swapped a painting for a few CR out of Chris's cellar. For my tastes, they really are up there with my first choice.

Haven't posted for a while but back behind the easel after a few health issues.

Had another stab at Chris Ringland's signature wine.
