AWESOME value dinner for $145 food & 16/17wines,seriously undersold yourself. The normal dego at galileo goes for $110($120 with cheese) & an extra $80 for matching wines (6/7glasses) so roughly $200pp (notincluding water, tip, etc..). Overall great wines, and interesting to hear Thomas' vie...

Monghead, You are fortunate you were married in a very good year for wines in SA, VIC, and NSW. I was married in 2003, which was a s#$t year for wine basically everywhere in Australia, so I have not bothered cellaring any 2003's. My daughter was born in 2005, which fortunately was a very good year ...

ive had mould on the outside of cork on a couple of German riesling i bought... the wine was freaking awesome though.... so no it should not affect the wine.
