i came across this chardonnay via a customer of mine and have called most of the major bottle shops in wollongong (NSW) where i live, none of whom stock it or even heard of. Unfortunately the customer was not a regular so i can not even find out that way.

it's: "Pan Terra 'Winemakers Reserve' Chardonnay 2000"

i have found very little on the net as well Grays Online were auctioning but i dont fancy buying 12 bottles of it

So if anyone could please help me on this even if its to tell me it is no longer produced it would all b helpful

Considering the age of the vintage it will almost certainly not be for sale in any retail stores.

ok fair enough but i still wouldnt mind knowing who "Pan Terra" are as i have found other varieties under that name

They are advertising the 2000 Winemakers Reserve Chardonnay from the Barossa for $22 and a McLaren Vale Chardonnay for $28.

I've found the wine specific search engine 'Able Grape' an excellent resource and that is where I found this info.
