wine tasting tours

I'm thinking of including some Australian wine tours to my website, can anyone suggest any good ones that they might have attended.

I've always done self-guided or Ric-guided wine tours...

BTW, it's most disconcerting to see a red wine bottle turn into a white wine when you move the mouse cursor over it....
