Anzac Wine

Post by SueNZ »

A wine called Pax Mey was released on Anzac Day a couple of years ago, a blend of Hunter Semillon, Marlborough Sauv Blanc and Turkish Sauv Blanc and Semillon. It was made at Pepper Tree Wines by Chris Cameron.
Does anyone know if this project is still going.
Was going to contact Chris Cameron, but see that he is no longer with Pepper Tree.
Thanks Sue

Emailed Pepper Tree Vineyards but no reply (although if they did reply I may not have recieved it thanks to some gigantic emails someone sent me). Time is running out. Anzac Day is almost here.

Mmmmm, will have to find something else to drink. Do Courtney's Post wines still exist.

Why do I feel like this is a one way conversation!

Mey Pax be with you.

Sue, that last question sounds just like my partner.

I answer her - Yes.

Marlborough's harvest is in - brilliant Riesling and Pinot - very good Gris, and some high brix Sauvignon ( the whitecoats wanted to give it "hang-time" to get rid of the TA - which dropped out 3g/l at the crusher - as the Toyota ad' says - bugger!).

GG
