2004 Radford Dale “Eden Valley†Riesling
A bouquet of florals with a light base of juicy, ripe limes and lemons with a fine white mineral backbone of real presence creating a light-bodied but mouth-watering, “dancing all over the tongue†experience with excellent length. Very easy to drink yet very serious. Class, balance and finesse with adequate power. It will age but probably can’t get any more enjoyable for my palate. 17.9/20, 92/100. $22 RRP.

Ben is a very accomplished winemaker having worked numerous vintages overseas, in Australia under the guidance of Jim Irvine and is now making small volumes of Riesling and Shiraz from his vineyard.
