TN: 2000 Dutschke Oscar Semmler Shiraz

Sharp plum and raisin aromas with pencil shavings and a hint of dill. The palate has a very nice mouthfeel with silky tannins and ripe, intense fruit tannins and generous length. Not much fruit sweetness and the acids seems a little out of balance at this stage. Give it another two years before trying again.
