Upon opening a bottle of Howard Park's 1997 Cabernet Merlot last week-end, I was disappointed as it showed reduced aromatics and flavour, and was far inferior to previous bottles. I then opened another bottle with similar results. I decided to inform Howard Park of my findings and was very impressed with how quickly they responded and with their offer to replace the wines without question. I would like to commend Howard Park Wines for their focus on customer satisfaction, and their overall profesionalism.

Interesting. I have drunk two Howard Park 1998 Cabernets - wines which have received mediocre reviews at best, and I loved them.

wonder if they would do the same if i told them my 1995 tasted like a very good $30 cabernet

oh well at least it is famous and controversial
