Chateau Gazin, Pomerol, 1995

sung like a canary after being decanted for 45 mins. Mature, vibrant fruit, integrated tanins, and if I was Solomon,
I'd write "Song of Songs", Part Deux.

We HAD to open it today, just to erudicate all the unpleasantness of Rosenblum Zin....

Your brief notes make the Gazin sound inviting, but again, I'd like a little more data, considering some of your other recommendations.
Don't take any guff from those swine.

Don,
1) I don't recomend anything,
my notes are just impressions...I always liked French Impressionists
;) Our tastes are as individual as our finger prints. There are no 2 people in the world with 100% identical tastes.

2) 1995 is near it's top, maybe 1-2 years over the top. Classical example of the old and mature wine. Don't get fooled by 13% alchohol notice on the label. One bottle almost sweapt us off our feet.

I hope you are not asking me for
"#2 pencil lead mixed with autumn leaves covered with caramel" kind of notes, I am not good at them
:)
