Mouth filling, almost fat, with a softness across the palate backed up by bright acidity. Excellent retronasal and a long finish. The wine developed an attractive diesel flavor. One of my fave S/B fr the land of the long white cloud. It's well rounded, not angular becos a % of it are barrel aged in the tradition of "Fume Blanc" fr the Loire Valley.
