Replacement Wendouree

Post by George Krashos »

Anyone know the best way to go about getting a replacement for a corked wine from Wendouree?

Trick question George ?

Matt is correct in my experience. Ring them. I've had a few bottles replaced over the years though haven't bothered when corked Wendourees taken abroad.

I've sent them a letter couple of years ago with photos in it. Wasn't expecting anything especially I've told them it was auction stock.

Wasn't expecting anything but a bottle did arrive in the mail...though not like for like but definitely a nice gesture.

The irony George, your timing is impeccable...the arrival of the 2020 mailer is imminent, they could include a replacement bottle in your order
