Seems like a high price to pay. Thankfully I'm generally not that disorganised I can't pull the cork out of a bottle. If need be, I can sit with a decanter on my lap for a little while. :)

An expensive way to achieve simple results... maybe worth it if you’re cracking Barolo every night, but for the rest of us...

For good bottles, I decant via a vinturi to a decanter, then vinturi back into the bottle for serving.
I'll drink to that :)
