Gonna buy one of these for a friend who's leaving the state of SA for sunny Q-land.
Seem to be on par price wise.
So which one am I getting?
Can get either for about 25-30 each.

There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.

My money is on the Bin 9 - surprisingly great value. Really rich, moreish, and surprisingly drinkable now, but will age.
I haven't ever warmed to CR's cheaper shirazes - someone else may disagree.

A few weeks ago Chris Ringland CR Shiraz 2012 was on offer at $20 per bottle and if you purchase 12 bottles you get a free Magnum of the same wine.

+1
Also Bin 9 is on special now, buy 6 bottles and get a free bottle of RWT.
I don't understand how they price the Bin 2 over here in Australia at $28 per bottle. No one will be touching it at this price. In Thailand Bin 2 is only selling for Aus$8 per bottle.

Went the bin 9. Grabbed one for myself also.
Generally positive reviews on both wines across the board.
Both being 2012 vintages I figure I can't go too far wrong.
