wine for Melbourne Cup

what wine do you guys drink on Melbourne cup day?

I will have Riccadonna Asti Spumante and 2010 Tempus Two Shiraz after work.

We had 2011 Louis Latour Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir and 2010 Collector Marked Tree Red Shiraz

I was driving during the day but in the evening we had:
2013 O'leary Walker Polish Hill Riesling - all steely and austere with only a hint of lime. Too much so for my tastes.
2006 Sons of Eden Zephyrus Shiraz/Viognier - beautiful complex blackberry and plum.
2010 Borsao Tres Picos Grenache - nice spice, Went very well with the mixed grill.
