SA Wine Storage

Hi All

With summer approaching and a recent large increase to my collection I am looking at professional storage solutions.
In time my plan is to build a storage unit at home but I think it wise in the interim to get some storage going.

Have you guys got any suggestions or experiance with storage in SA or in particulair Adelaide.
I live in Clare so Adelaide I belive will be the most convenient.

If you are in Clare, why not buy the Leasingham winery? They must have some storage. There might even be a bottle or two already lying around!
