GQ Wine Guide

Post by SkiBunny27 »

GQ US has a pretty good wine guide. Some of it is pretty basic stuff, but reading it when I was doing a year abroad is what really helped me get into wine, so I still try to check it out online!

Here's a good example http://www.gq.com/food-travel/alan-richman/201110/wine-report-merlot-alan-richman

You see now if you'd actually included a link to Alan Rickman's thoughts on wine, that would have made for interesting reading. Imagine it...Rickman's calm, cold, sneering opinions on wine making the reader feel utterly unworthy

Haha he should do a wine guide. I'd love to see that.

EDIT:

Couldn't find an actual Alan Rickman wine guide, but I did find this:

Ya know I'd actually forgotten I'd seen that movie, so perhaps my subliminal mind was at work here...

I haven't actually seen the film....just looked up Alan Rickman wine guide and came up with that. BUT after finding that video, it's on my 'watch' list!

Alan Rickman, Pfttt.... :P

I'd rather see Christopher Walken reviewing a wine, which I imagine could end up looking something like this imitation of him cooking:
