I'm aware that to the few people who may have read my posts, you may have noticed that my attendance on the forum has been lacking.
Bottom-line is that I've had a bad stroke. I'm lacking energy. And not drinking wine at the moment.
I hope to be back to pour scorn on overblown aussie vino in due course.
Cheers,
Bick
Cheers, Mike

Wow...sorry to hear that Mike I always enjoyed your posts (notably the brevity and wit) and certainly noticed your absence...and look forward to seeing many more when you're back in action. Good luck with the recovery.

Bick You do realise that an excess of overblown Aussie vino would have prevented your current situation; a proved fact by the Wagga Wagga School of Technology. Seriously though all the best. Mark

Bick Get well soon. I look forward to your re-entry into the Oz vs NZ debate (which Oz will WIN, of course) Cheers Allan
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.

Mike, thank you for telling us all of your distressing news. I'm keenly aware of the affects of "strokes", my own father having been rendered speechless and mostly paralysed after a seriously major one that led to his demise. But he was 81yo+. I hope you recuperate soon and are again able to regale us all with your experiences of wine, especially of course, those from UnZud. Be well, regards daz

I've read a lot of your posts Bick (in my previous guise) and always had you down as a decent poster. However, even if you weren't I'd be wishing you nothing but good luck
Take it easy and get well soon
