Re: Barossa Wine Show Results available?
G'day Graham,
Yeah we did pretty well.....entered five wines and won five medals & three trophies.
Joshua 09 - Top Gold & Trophy for Best GSM
Independent 09 - Top Gold & Trophy for Best Other Red Blend
Dog Strangler 09 - Silver
Albert 08 - Bronze
Riebke 09 - Bronze
And we nabbed the trophy for the Most Successful Exhibitor.
I haven't seen the results online as yet which is a bit slack but I was sent a PDF...I'll see if I can post that somehow.
Scholzy from Willows cleaned up also.....six trophies in total

Re: Barossa Wine Show Results available?
Mathau posted the trophy results elswhere.
Congratulations Teusner! Your team is certainly deserving of the accolades, especially considering the support you've given to vignerons producing quality fruit who've apparently not been treated well by the corporations. With that mutual support I'm sure your (reputedly) $550,000 aquisition of the Colonial Estate Winery will see Teusner taking the opportunity to produce exceptional wine in greater quantities.
And yeah Dave, that 2010 riesling from The Willows seems like one to not miss considering it picked up five trophies. Mind you, the semillon that also scored a trophy could well be worth trying too.
Cheers
