bought some 07 wynn's black label due to all the controversy! to fill out a dozen:

08 martinborough vineyard te tera pinot
04 kay's hillside shiraz

was pretty impressed with the 2007 Voyager Chardonnay but its hard to top Ambereys 2007 'First Selection' Chardonnay though for WA Chards...pity i cant find it at bottleshops , was purchased at the cellar door.

Yep the 389 was Vintec driven. I currently have one for both red and white wines in the garage. Now I have one for each so I can run the temperatures to suit the wines

Yeah, I have no option given the extent of this obsession. I have a very noice little walkin room at Kennards at Waterloo with racking going up 10 feet or so. The top shelf is pretty well just riesling. I figure we go through around 70-80 bottles per year so I am aiming to get the total number up over 500 given I prefer them with 8-10 years in the bottle. The rest of the room is red stuff and sweet stuff.

Jamiesons Run 1998 Alexander Block Cabernet x 6. A much unloved wine due to its label. Hope its just as good as the 2001 version that is awesome as too are the 2000 JR Winemakers Selection etc.

Windance 2008 Margaret River Reserve Cabernet and Reserve Shiraz. Never heard of them. Spec lot from auction just for my current love of MR.

Yes, access is 24 hours. I had actually forgotten about that benefit. I need to restock the wine fridges again so I may go tonight. If you are looking for a new lock up, ask for Phil, he runs the place.
