That has to be a sticky. Ice riesling would be great! Not sure about botrytis but maybe a Beaumes de Venise could work as well.

Bartenders are supposed to have people skills. Or was it people are supposed to have bartending skills?
Re: What wine to serve with.......
Carl's suggestion of an ice Riesling is good (if you can find one); I've matched a similar desert with a Canadian Vidal Ice Wine. Whatever you pick, the wine needs to be sweeter than the tart to avoid the wine seeming thin and acidic.
Re: What wine to serve with.......
morris 'old premium' tokay...
Re: What wine to serve with.......
am not convinced a tokay would do well. because passionfruit is quite a cutting acidic flavour, you need a dessert wine with some acid. the ice riesling suggestions are good, any dessert wine made with riesling would do the trick really.

Hello Stavros
I'd agree with a sticky. I'd especially go with riesling, and preferably Tasmanian. Frogmore Creek or Josef Chromy do good ones.

Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.

A sweet chenin from the Loire Valley would do the trick - it would have the structure and flavour profile to match the tart, sweet flavour of the passionfruit.
