I'm contemplating purchasing a few bottles of the 1994 Chalambar shiraz, and was just wondering if anyone was familiar with how this wine is travelling? At its peak? In decline? Still improving!!!???
Cheers,
Andrew

What price ? Anyway, I'd say it could be getting a little tired by now, but if they're cheap, then try one...

There will be no problem with the '91 Tahbilk. The Tahbilk website (link below) has it as 'Improving' with a 20+ year rating before it hits its drinking window. Mind you, they still have 1981 Cab Sav as 'Improving' too.
