Perth Grand Cru Henschke Tasting

Post by PaulSheldon »

Is anyone going to the Henschke tasting at Liquor Barons Grand Cru in Mt Lawley tonight?

 Didn't know it was on.

How does one get informed of the tastings they have there?

What was it like??

Hi Kevin

The way to find out is to get in touch with Liquor Barons Mt Lawley and ask to go on their mailing list for the Grand Cru cellar. The events are infrequent but excellent, the last one I went to was also excellent and included the recently released 98 Grange and many other very noteable wines. Cost is usually $85 and includes home made lasagne for dinner. Apparently there is another session of the Henschke tasting on Saturday so you might want to contact them to see if there are any placings left.

I have posted my tasting notes so you might want to have a peek at those.
