Wine Searcher shows two stores selling the 2005 for under $130 - both in Welly.

Is one of them D&Nash? The same website that says they have 14 bottles of the 1994 but when Nayan rocks up for one they have none? But yes, he did sy they had 05 from memory

Showing at only one store for under $130 in my search, but its Regional Wines and Spirits at $128. Would be tempting, if I had any money for wine at the moment. But as I don't... I'll leave you to snap it up Craig.

(Hope you don't mind this post Gavin - I don't believe this treads on your toes?)
Cheers,
Mike

na id rather 2.5x 07 Sophia. I got enough non qpr type wine. Our SRL slutting is not my every day fare. Unfortunately more times than not qpr has to be considered. SRL though a good wine remains expensive in comparison to Coleraine, Sophia and many other very good names. As such I purchase it rarely!!

Have you got the Wine Searcher Pro version? My results shows two stores - one that Craig mentioned and the other that you mentioned - under $130. There are 9 NZ stores listed with the 2005. Craig's fave is not there with this vintage.

I think we could be treading on Gavin's toes if we were in Oztralia and talking about where to buy. Anyway, does Gavin have these wines and if so, what are his shipping rates to NZ?

Take it you have tasted the 07 Sophia, so is it better than the 05?
Personally I though 05 better than the 06. But not tasted the 07.

Yes ive tried the 07's from the dregs of a bottle that had been opened a while so no public opinion from me yet, but looks good. im going to a formal tasting next month

06 was a bit disappointing when released, but it definitely improved in a big way toward the end of last year (also the case with their 06 block 14 syrah)
