Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas
I just realized that I am a day late with this for my friends down under. But I won't let that stop me from wishing each and every one of you A Joyous Holiday season, and a prosperous 2009. Here from North America where Christmas comes in the cold season, we just got up to Christmas morning and presents won't be opened until the kids and grand kids arrive. I am busy helping in the kitchen and will be firing up the Kamado ( http://kamado.com ) upon which I will load about 8.5 pounds of USDA (Us Department of Agriculture) choice grade ribeye beef.7 baking potatoes, plus a 9x13 inch of mixed vegetables to roast. Dinner will come in mid afternoon my time, which will be about 6am for you guys and gals. I have a mag of 1996 Ch. Gloria St. Julian Bordeaux as my primary red. I won't tell The Bigot, or TORB but I will also open a bottle of Ch. Tahbilk marsanne for anyone wishing for a glass of C-Thru. Will also have a bottle of 1998 Perrier- Jouget Champagne ready for those wishing to try some bubbly. I hope none of you had to go to work this morning as I will tomorrow. Peace to all!
