Oddly enough two of my passions merge in this story I found on a sailing forum.

French vineyard owners are returning to a slower pace of life by starting to export their wine by sailing boat - a method last used in the 1800s - to reduce their carbon footprint.

About the same time the boat containing the next shipment of Burgundy will arrive!
Cheers,
Mark

BTW, 99.9999999% of Australian wine is sent to Europe by boat, saving a gazillion tons of CO2. And a few pennies.
