I have been asked (read bullied) by my wife into assisting the school fete with the purchase of clean skins that they can then label and sell on to raise money. I think as an idea it has been done to death but still obviously appeals to the audience as they do it every year apparently and it is very successful.
Has anyone done this before? What works?
I guess it is easy to buy labels but is there anyway that I can value add beyond the obvious?
School Fetes - How to sell cleanskins?

Wherever you are, I suppose you legally run into licensing issues unless you're careful. Maybe you should just give them away free with every purchase of a packet of pretzels, or something. Be wary about doing anything that suggests you're selling alcohol without a license...

My thoughts were the same - I assume previously that someone has taken the risk. I will investigate...
In Victoria at least you can get a Temporary Limited Licence for
Temporary or short-term supply of liquor to customers or club members for drinking on the premises.
For persons or organisations holding:
* one-off events, such as a ball or presentation night,
* a one-off event requiring an extension of trading hours, or
* a series of events over a limited season, such as a theatre production or racing carnival.
For all the licence types in VIC see
http://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/CA256EB5 ... ences~&3=~
Should be only a google away to find the requirements of your state.
