Need some info on Schild Estate.

I have noticed that this winery is showing up here in town/Edmonton Alberta.
So far have seen the Shiraz, a Riesling and just today the Frontignac, all in one store.
Any insights would be appreciated, which to drink now and any need some cellaring? I suspect the Riesling might need a few years?

Thanks David, I was just wondering about drink now or cellar? Valid point as last night I opened an Alkoomi Shiraz/Viognier and it took 4/5 hours to open up!! Entry level Schild Shiraz, do they need time?

I have a few schild shiraz which Iam cellaring, the 02, 03 and the 04.
I would be inclined to think they are "drink now" wines. I am just trying these vintages to see how they age.

The ex Winemaker from Schild (Daniel Eggleton) now has his own winery called Creed Wines in the Barossa. I tried their Shiraz / Viognier with a T-Bone steak in a hotel in Adelaide on Monday. Just the one glass which really went well with the steak.

The wine is bloody good and I'm now on the mailing list...

Hi Bob Schild Shiraz entry level drink now and decant for at least 1hour or cellar up to 5 years. Cheers David
