Hope People Don't Mind Me Posting This Recieved Today...
As a keen wine enthusiast you are invited to attend our second annual
Artisans of Barossa Cellar Door Day
Saturday September 15, 11am-4pm
at the Angaston Town Hall, Angaston.
Artisans of Barossa are a unique group of 12 small wineries, who have gathered together with a joint commitment to produce handmade wines of the highest quality from small, rare vineyards.
As we do not have individual cellar doors and sell predominantly by mail order, the Cellar Door Day is a special opportunity to taste new releases from barrel or bottle, purchase wines before they are allocated to retail stores or restaurants and meet the winemakers and growers personally.
Those of you who attended the inaugural cellar door day last year will remember the great value we offer on this day. For an entry fee of $25 each guest receives a complimentary Riedel tasting glass, a copy of our Artisans of Barossa book and a light lunch of local Barossa produce, plus the opportunity to try more than 50 outstanding Barossa wines.
Due to the popularity of last year’s event we have moved from Greenock to the historic Angaston Town Hall which will provide more space for tasting. However, there is still a limit on numbers and all tickets must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
We anticipate that this tasting will become one of Australia’s most sought after invitation-only annual wine events, so we encourage you to respond and secure your place now.
