Petaluma/Bridgewater Mill: Congratulations

Post by fred »

Thankyou publicly for candid acknowledgement and speedy replacement of a badly corked Petaluma Coonawarra 1998....with none of the angst or denial frequently encountered.

Truly a professional performance.

regards

Hmmm, wish I could say the same. I e-mailed petaluma about 2 months ago regarding an undrinkable bottle of 2000 Tiers (oxidised) that had been well cellared and received no response at all.

They appeared to have some problems with their e-mail at petaluma (it bounced) and I got through at Bridgewater Mill - and also alerted them to the e-mail problem. Erin said she would attend to the e-mail address problem at the Petaluma site....
