1995 Devils Lair cabernet

Hi all,

going out to dinner tommorow at GRAPPA in sydney, & was searching for a wine to take along. I came across a 1995 devils lair cabernet, magnum. Has anyone had this recently? i know 95 was a good year for this wine & was wondering how it was progressing?

Any thought or experiences much appreciated.

Had it last year. It is in its drinking window...far more approchable than the 95 Cullen for example. Its a good wine.

you've helped make up my mind.

shall enjoy it this evening along with some lakes folly chardy '00 & some trevor jones old barossa shiraz tawny.

its amazing what you find when rummaging through your collection. I guess i have yo update my database which is long overdue :shock:

......but then again i like the suprises i get when i go searching through the cartons :wink:
