TN: Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz 1996

Post by gheiland »

Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz 1996:

Color: Dark dense ruby with a very little orange edge

Nose : Show's a powerful bouquet with blueberry, spices, mineral, liquorice, toast, smoke, very complex

Palate: A full body with fine tannin, gum, liquorice, green tea, incredible

Is not really worse like 1997 or 1998.

Needs a little time in the bottle, 2007 - 2016+.

hmmm...if I get the case of 2003,
does it mean I have to wait 'til I barely remember my name????

I love "Foxy"
