Strange, you don't mention Australia. If you are also meaning Australia, there are many people who would fit your bill. They are readily and easily known in our broad wine community and if you can't be bothered to hunt them out yourself, well, this is spam.
You need to chase them, not the other way around. Do some homework, then you wouldn't need to waste our time.
