Even more expensive than Grange!

Is it any good? My favourite claret is Yalumba Signature, of which I can buy 20 bottles for the price of this one

6x Crociani Vino Nobile di Montepulciano riserva 2020 (a super under-the-radar producer that we've visited)
6 x Vallone (now branded by the specific winery estate - Tenuta Serranova) Salice Salentino 'Vereto' riserva 2021 (typically a negro amaro led regional blend).

It is very good now, but will be an outstanding wine in time imo. I have had a long track record of enjoying a range of Penfolds special bin wines over the years, most of which have been cheaper (and better imo) than Grange. I'm talking of Bins 80A, 90A, 920, 60A (2004) and Block 42 (1996 and 2004). Also been fortunate to have small quantities of '62 Bin 60A and the odd bottle of 1967 Bin 7. All of these, except the Block 42 are Cabernet Shiraz blends and are outstanding wines. Are they good value? Up to you. The Bin 180 will be my last special bin purchase (cough, cough  ). For one Bin 180, I could buy 14 Majella Malleea or probably 25 Lindemans Limestone Ridge, two other favourite blends, but on the odd occasion, It's great to see how high the bar can be. I pulled a few out for a special birthday last year and had one of the best tastings ever with a number of mates. Just what I enjoy.
