Well, it is that time of the year, just wondering what everyone has planned to drink over the xmas season?

My list for this years shenanigans:

2012 Veuve Fourny Vintage
2008 Arras Grand Vintage
2012 Seppelt Show Reserve Sparkling Shiraz
Craiglee Sparkling Shiraz
2022 Sorrenberg Chardonnay


I also have a 40ml bottle of Bonini Black 50 year old riserva balsamic I want to crack and drop over some roast carrots at Christmas lunch.

Rockford Black Shiraz with Schultz Barossa ham and poached eggs for brekkie .

Pommery with lunch.

1996 Grange with leftovers at dinner.

Cappellano Barolo Chinato for a nightcap.

Xmas Eve with in-laws and I’ll tone it down as I seem to provide most of the wine. Have a lot of magnums needing drinking so perhaps a 2010 Domaine Yves Cuilleron Côte-Rôtie Terres Sombres

Finally flying down to Adelaide next Monday to see my brother for a week, about 6 years after he moved there!
My first time there in 24 years!
Not fully organised yet, but I thought of getting through a 98 Wendouree Shiraz, 99 Quintet, 02 RWT shiraz, 04 Yeringberg cab blend as things that are due to exit the cellar!
