Hi All.

Another geeky thing I do is keep track of Australian Cabernet Blends.

This is what I have on Mount Mary.
If anyone has information on what’s missing I would love an update.
I wish wineries would put this sort of stuff on their websites.

That make sense Con. Petite Verdot and Malbec need more sun, which is a sign of either better site selection or more warming

Bdx has introduced a whole lot of hot climate grapes into their allowed list and I imagine we will soon have some new grapes in the Yarra as well.
