Sourcing vintage madeira in the Melbourne area

Post by Nigel Bruce »

This is my first post for many years. I am having difficulty sourcing a bottle of vintage madeira to send to a friend in the Melbourne area. Looking only for Sercial, Verdelho or Terrantez. The Victoria company that advertises such bottles on WineSearcher apologised for their outdated weblist.
Does anyone on the board know where I can source such wines? - doesn't have to be in Victoria, as long as they can reliably deliver.
Any help welcome.
Nigel

No luck with the online retailer with the 1988 D'Oliveira Terr?

Not that I can help in any way, being in Canada, but I am curious about why the exclusion of Bual and Malmsey.

Try Bibbendum
Drink the wine, not the label.

I think they are in Melbourne. An importer of some great Iberian wines!

Good luck.
