Decanted about 30 minutes before service. Evolved over time in the glass. 100% Shiraz
Crimson in colour, lighter around the rim. Fascinating nose with tar, woodsmoke, developed dark berries, rosemary, and maybe a little five spice. The palate is medium to full bodied, mouth-filling and some richness. Savoury characters sit alongside the developed fruits. Excellent length and almost a meal on its own.
Cheers
Allan
