Marquis Wine Cellar(Vancouver)

Pale straw hue with glints of green, an intense nose of citrus and some ginger spice. Searing razor like acid and slate on the dry palate filled with green apples and some serious lime-orama. The next day this wine showed some evolved buttery diesel viscous and more uniformity with the acid.
This is delicious and stylish, it should mature in about 10 years.
