Melbourne End of Covid Auswine Dinner

It’s been miserable the last 6 months. Things seem to be getting better and I wonder if we could and should have a get together wine dinner ? I think it’s been hinted at on other threads, but I think it’s worth creating a specific thread.

I personally think it we should and as it’s a celebration, I think it should be a ‘bring a great bottle’ theme.

Obviously some on the board will have already arranged their own events, but I hope we can manage a forum tasting

An excellent idea, Cameron.

If I wasn't sequestered in WA (and unable to return if I travelled) I would be tempted to jump on a plane. It's been a while since I have travelled (for work) to join interstate offline dinners - there's been some classics over the years, in several capital cities.

Melbournians - a great opportunity - go for it.

I’ve grudgingly updated my location to Melbourne, although it does not feel like home...it’s been about 10 years since I left Rotterdam, but it’s still my favourite city. Don’t think i’ll get back for a visit this year at all, which means I’ll miss Eurovision
