Deep yellow approaching gold in colour
Lightly honeyed lemons on the nose, with lanolin and honeysuckle. Slightly toasty as well.
The palate is textbook Hunter Semillon: almost tart lemon with great supporting acid. More lanolin and honeysuckle, mouth-filling and refreshing while having some weight. Medium to long finish.
At 9 years old, this has heaps of time ahead.
