TN: Wynns Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

Post by Waiters Friend »

Deep purple in colour. A substantial nose of blackberries, mocha, redcurrants and a touch of mint. The palate is intense, with very ripe red and black fruits, chocolate, and lots of mint. Tannins are integrated and a little dusty, and the wine finishes quite long. Delicious!
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.

Had this recently and agree it is a very good wine. I feel it is in the drink-now zone though, based on the well kept bottle I tried.
Cheers
