I am sitting sipping on this and enjoying it so much, thought I would say so.
Still inky black with everything in place. This is drinking so well now not sure if improvement left, but feel there could be.

Had some last year and it seemed to have more than a year's worth of improvement in it. Was a fairly big wine for a Bin 128 from memory.

You see Muscat man, the 1998 Bin 128 is a superb wine. I also love it, it is plain fantastic to drink, beautiful balance and ripe tannins. It's a true bargain even at AU $30...simply delicious, so I know how you feel!
Cheers,
Attila

VC in Perth must be sitting on truckloads, as they have it out on special for about $24. Very unusual for thm to try to clear a back vintage at less than double release cost
Picked up one (can't afford or fit case loads of anything!) to try, might leave for a year or three.
