This Margaret River producer makes three different single vineyard Chardonnays. This is one of them.
Pale yellow in colour. Rich complex nose with cashews, ripe yellow peach, grapefruit and meal. The palate is medium weight and subtle, but with lots going on - some tannic grip, supporting acid, lemon and grapefruit, and quite a long finish. It's all intermeshed and makes for a very interesting wine indeed.
