If the venue is central then yep. I found an old bottle of Blue Nun that might be interesting.

We are booked in for La Mint at Darlinghurst for 6pm to 6.30pm on Thursday 4th May.
They are creating a menu for us based on the theme and I'll publish next week.

If anyone else is interested let me know.

Suggested Menu

- 2 kinds of cheese Dumpling
- 2 scallops
- 2 vine beef rolls
- banana blossom salad
- pork belly with rice
- 1 lamb cutlet (I think 2 cutlets may add up to being too much food)
- 1 duck dish per person
- cheese platter with dried fruits

with corkage and sparkling water added - comes to $115 per person

Sorry guys, I have been given a day off from work on Thursday 4/5/17, I will have to give this one a miss at this stage as I can't be bothered to travel all the way just for tasting. :/ I will let you know again if I have changed my schedule. Cheers.

I have to go tentative, I literally won't know until the day before as I have to take mum to the Sydney eye hospital (macular hole surgery) on the Thursday which is basically 1km from La Mint. The issue being she won't know until the day before if it is a morning or afternoon slot, then I have to drive them home and then come back in again towards Penrith. (she may need to stay in overnight I just don't know, in any case I need to get my 81yo dad home from the hospital as I'm not comfortable with him trying to catch a train from the CBD).

Will mean a lot of driving on the day for me in any case but won't know so yeah...sorry.

I have a

1996 Riddoch and a blind white. (can bring blind tasting covers)
