oh, and Craig, do not worry about Carlton.
They have a plan, and LoGuidice wrote it in a red biro, so it must be a really good plan.
I have many mates who support Collingwood, and they have seriously been deliriously happy this entire season!!!! The number of emails with respect to MM sacking has been incredible hehehe

Craig, I guess my 'advice' was specifically for you as you flippantly said you'd like to move to HK :D Oops!

the Aussie "english teachers" over here are almost universally numb-nuts. Seriously stupid, and they stay for one thing and one thing only.... the reason they went there in the first place. To seduce as many pretty young things as possible. It is sickening to watch, and really gives Australia a bad name amongst the locals.

Has the email gone out for 2013 Standish releases already? I'm on the list (or thought I was) and haven't received anything yet.

Ozzie it went out a month ago. I emailed back on Sunday night and was worried I wouldn't get any, but Dan still had stocks.

David.

Standish wines have been released to retailers, or at least some. Picked up two of the '13 The Standish and also two '10 Mirafiore Paiagallo Barolo. Don't have the funds for both Relic and the Mirafiore, so went with Barolo. :D Too good a price for $AUD so jumped on it. Just because I'm in a country with very limited alcohol won't stop me from gettin plenty of it back home!

Also put my Marius order in nice and early. :D

Thanks very much. I just sent an email to Dan. Fingers crossed he still has some left. Standish is my favourite Barossa winery and I'd be disappointed if I missed out.

Not a wind up at all. Last year I missed out and only got one bottle of the Symphony and Simpatico each, as that's all that was left (literally). So I've basically told them to set aside minimum three of each wine being released. Not sure exactly what I'm ordering, but dammit I'm getting more than one bottle!

What I'm sure Alex means is he has put an order in with the wine store he works at while he is away for a month or two. I believe they get an allocation.

Gave everyone on the mailing list cause to check their in box and trash folders to ensure that they hadn't overlooked Roger's email though.

My apologies then catchnrelease but your post put the wind up (nice play on words) some people and I found myself having to respond to some emails so I thought it best to throw some water on the fire.

Cheers,

Roger
