Glass for Semillon

Post by Dan »

Interested to know what glass people think are best for Semillon.

I've been buying a lot of Hunter Semillon over the last few years and have found the Vinum Burgundy glass the best so far for both aged and young Semillon.

I'd be interested to know if anyone uses different glasses for aged and young considering the wine changes so much.

Cheers
Dan

I just use my riedel shiraz glass, the one with no stem. It works for me.

Any glassware with a wide base and a concentrated opening will keep you happy with that varietal.
