Thanks Felix for the insight,
With PRC's track records its hard to blame people of the world not to believe whatever they try to let the world to know.
Thatsaid, still not warrant you received personal attack from fellow forum mate.

Re: Giant Squid Ink Estate Grown Reserve Shiraz 2010

I like this wine, its big, mouth coating, vibrant, rich which is nothing wrong with it, its delicious, far from some dude tipped the rest into the sink!!!!
BTW, I didn't decant it for 12 hours either, just pour through a Venturi airator into a decanter for 30 mins.

Zaltos burgundy glass is performing magic on Chardonnays, thanks Gavin for your tip.
The aperitif glass is also good with Sake or even some Cognac
Universal is an excellent all rounder

The present Grange price perhaps setting up for the lower range wine to justify their inflated price B 389, 407 for $80, St henri $100, 707 for $300 thats ...

I bought 6 of the 05 Epis Pinot Noir, which I enjoy immensely, back in those days I wasn't really into Chardoanny
These days Chardy is on the top of my list, could imagine how fabulously nice to drink the 05 Chardy today!!!

Re: Anyone buying the Mount Mary wines from 2012 Vintage?

Fleur de Bouard 2009 was available en-primeur in Australia for $40, and sold at release for $50. It would kill any recent vintage of MMQ you care to name. Not sure if 2009 Taillefer is available in Australia, but for $30 in HK, you get a wine that is absolutely out-standing, and critically acclaime...
